Selected for an Interview?

Being invited to interview means your application has moved forward in the process. The interview gives us a chance to learn more about you—and gives you the chance to determine whether the team, role, and experience align with your goals.
What Does the Interview Process Look Like?
Because opportunities exist across different departments and disciplines, there is no single interview format for every ETA position.
If selected, the hiring team will provide details about the interview process for that particular opportunity.
Candidates can generally expect at least one interview ,which may take place virtually or in person. Depending on the department, the process may include a one-on-one interview, panel interview, or conversations with multiple team members.
How to Prepare
Think about the experiences, skills, and perspectives you would bring to the team.
Be prepared to explain why the opportunity interests you, why you’re interested in CME, and how the experience connects to your long-term goals.
- What makes this opportunity meaningful to you?
- What makes your background or perspective a strong match?
- What value could you bring to the team?
- How does this opportunity support where you want to go next?
