Cookie Policy

Last Updated: October 14, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how CleverMind Entertainment (“CleverMind Entertainment,” “CME,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit clevermindent.com and other CME websites or digital properties that link to this Cookie Policy (collectively, the “Sites”).

It describes what cookies are, how we use them, the types of cookies and similar technologies that may be used, the information they may collect, and how you can manage your preferences and exercise applicable privacy rights.

CME recognizes the importance of transparency and giving visitors meaningful choices about their online experience.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small pieces of information that websites store on your browser or device when you visit them. They can help websites function properly, remember preferences, recognize returning visitors, understand how people interact with a website, and improve the overall user experience.

CME may also use technologies that operate similarly to cookies, including pixels, tags, local storage, embedded technologies, or comparable tools. For convenience, this Cookie Policy generally refers to these technologies collectively as “cookies,” unless otherwise specified.

Cookies may be temporary, remaining active only during a browsing session, or persistent, remaining on your device for a defined period or until they are deleted.

Some cookies are necessary for a website to operate, while others support optional features, analytics, performance measurement, or advertising activities.

In short, cookies help us understand what works, improve what doesn’t, and create a better experience every time you interact with CME.

2. How We Use Cookies

CME uses first-party cookies and, where enabled, third-party cookies and similar technologies to support the operation, security, functionality, performance, and improvement of our Sites.

First-party cookies are placed directly by or on behalf of CME. They may be used to maintain essential Site functionality, remember privacy preferences, support security, and provide a consistent browsing experience.

Third-party cookies may be placed or accessed by service providers and technologies used in connection with our Sites. Depending on the services enabled, these cookies may support optional functionality, embedded content, website analytics, performance measurement, advertising effectiveness, or other services.

Depending on the technology involved, information collected may include:

  • Browser and device information;
  • IP addresses and approximate location derived from an IP address;
  • Cookie identifiers and similar online identifiers;
  • Pages viewed and referring websites;
  • Interactions with content, links, and Site features;
  • Technical performance information and error reports; and
  • Other information associated with the purposes described in this Cookie Policy.

CME distinguishes between technologies necessary for the operation of the Sites and optional technologies that may require visitor consent or other privacy controls.

Essential cookies and necessary functional technologies support core Site operations and may be used without separate optional-cookie consent where permitted by applicable law.

Optional cookies and similar technologies are managed according to visitor preferences and applicable legal requirements.

On Sites using CME’s consent manager, optional cookie categories are OFF by default until a visitor makes an applicable selection. Visitors may choose to accept all optional categories, allow essential cookies only, or customize their preferences.

The consent manager controls technologies integrated with it. Other third-party technologies may require separate technical controls, and CME reviews those integrations to support the privacy choices described in this policy.

3. Types of Cookies We May Use

A. Strictly Necessary Cookies and Necessary Functional Technologies

Strictly necessary cookies and necessary functional technologies support the essential operation, security, accessibility, and functionality of the Sites.

These technologies may support functions such as:

❖ Website security and fraud prevention;

❖ Network and system management;

❖ Remembering cookie preferences and privacy selections;

❖ Maintaining essential website functionality;

❖ Supporting navigation, accessibility, and requested features; and

❖ Enabling functions necessary for the Sites to operate reliably and securely.

Certain functional technologies may also be considered necessary when they are essential to providing a service or feature expressly requested by a visitor.

Essential Cookies and Necessary Functional Cookies are designated as Always Active within CME’s Cookie Settings tool.

Only technologies that genuinely qualify as necessary are included in these categories. Optional third-party features are not treated as essential solely because they enhance the website experience.

Where permitted by applicable law, strictly necessary cookies and exempt functional technologies may operate without separate consent. They are not used as a general authorization for unrelated advertising or optional behavioral tracking.

B. Optional Features and Integrations

Optional features and integration technologies may support additional website capabilities beyond those strictly necessary for the Sites to operate.

These may include:

❖ Embedded media and external content;

❖ Optional social media integrations;

❖ Third-party interactive features;

❖ Certain personalization preferences; and

❖ Other optional tools or services made available through the Sites.

Depending on the provider and functionality involved, these features may access cookies, collect technical information, or communicate with external services.

Optional Features & Integrations are OFF by default within CME’s consent manager.

Visitors may choose whether to enable this category. If it remains disabled, some optional features may be unavailable or may require a separate action before external content can be loaded.

C. Analytical Cookies

Where enabled, CME may use analytical cookies and similar technologies to better understand how visitors interact with the Sites.

These technologies may help us understand:

❖ Which pages are visited;

❖ How visitors navigate through the Sites;

❖ How long visitors interact with certain pages or features;

❖ Where website traffic originates;

❖ How visitors engage with content; and

❖ Opportunities to improve the overall user experience.

Analytical information may be used to evaluate website engagement, understand audience interests, and guide decisions regarding content and Site improvements.

Analytical Cookies are OFF by default within CME’s consent manager.

Where consent is required, optional analytics technologies should operate only after the applicable permission has been provided.

D. Performance Cookies

Performance cookies and similar technologies may help CME evaluate the technical performance, responsiveness, and reliability of the Sites.

Depending on the technology used, these may support:

❖ Measuring website loading performance;

❖ Evaluating responsiveness across devices and browsers;

❖ Identifying technical errors or performance issues;

❖ Monitoring the reliability of Site features; and

❖ Understanding opportunities for technical optimization.

Performance measurement technologies that involve optional tracking or access to information on a visitor’s device are subject to the applicable cookie preferences and legal requirements.

Performance Cookies are OFF by default within CME’s consent manager.

Ordinary website functions such as styling, responsive layouts, image optimization, and necessary caching do not automatically fall into this optional category simply because they improve website performance.

E. Advertisement Cookies

Where enabled, CME or third-party service providers may use advertising cookies, pixels, and related technologies to measure campaign effectiveness, understand interactions with marketing content, and support advertising or promotional activities.

Depending on the technology involved, these tools may:

❖ Measure interactions with advertising campaigns;

❖ Understand whether visitors take certain actions after viewing advertisements;

❖ Support advertising attribution and conversion measurement;

❖ Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional content; and

❖ Support personalized or interest-based advertising where permitted.

CME may use advertising technologies provided by companies such as Meta Platforms, including Meta Pixel, when those integrations are enabled.

Meta Pixel and similar technologies may process browser information, IP addresses, page visits, event information, and other data associated with advertising measurement or related activities. The information processed and any cookies used depend on the provider’s technology and configuration.

Advertisement Cookies are OFF by default within CME’s consent manager.

CME’s managed Meta Pixel integration is designed to require applicable advertising permission and to respect relevant opt-out restrictions before activation. Independent advertising integrations, if any, must be evaluated separately.

CME does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, certain advertising or analytics technologies, where used, may involve disclosures of personal information that qualify as a “sale,” “sharing,” targeted advertising, or similar activity under applicable privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged.

Where applicable, CME provides choices concerning these activities, including the ability to opt out of certain sale or sharing activities.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies Placed by Third Parties

Some services used on the Sites may place cookies, access information stored on your device, or collect information through other technologies.

Depending on the services enabled, these third parties may provide website functionality, embedded content, analytics, performance measurement, advertising services, or other features.

Examples of technologies that may be used on CME’s Sites include:

Artist Spotlight & Embedded Music Videos

CleverMind Entertainment’s Artist Spotlight page features music videos and other creative content from artists associated with CME. Certain videos may be presented through third-party platforms, including YouTube.

When a visitor chooses to load an embedded music video, a connection may be established with the applicable third-party provider. That provider may receive information such as an IP address, browser or device information, video interactions, and other technical data. Depending on the provider and its configuration, cookies or similar technologies may also be used.

Where required by applicable law, CME provides appropriate consent controls for optional third-party content. Visitors may also choose to watch videos directly on the provider’s website.

Third-party media services may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms. For additional information about Google’s data practices, please review the Google Privacy Policy.

Social Media & External Links

CleverMind Entertainment maintains a presence on third-party social media and digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube. Our Sites may contain links to these platforms, as well as artist websites, partner websites, informational resources, and other external services.

When you select an external link, you may be directed to a website or platform that operates independently of CME. These third parties may collect information about your visit, use cookies or similar technologies, and process personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies, cookie policies, and terms of service.

A standard external link does not, by itself, necessarily place the destination website’s cookies on CME’s Sites. However, certain embedded social media features, interactive widgets, or externally loaded content may establish connections with third-party services before you leave our Sites.

CME does not control the independent privacy practices, cookie settings, or data-processing activities of external websites and platforms. We encourage visitors to review the applicable provider’s privacy policies and available privacy controls before interacting with those services.

Where required by applicable law, optional third-party integrations presented directly on CME’s Sites are subject to appropriate consent or privacy controls.

Advertising and measurement services. Where enabled, technologies such as Meta Pixel may collect information used for advertising measurement, conversion tracking, or related purposes, subject to applicable preferences and privacy restrictions.

Website services and integrations. Depending on their configuration, website hosting, security, communication, interactive features, and other service providers may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver their services.

A normal link to an external website does not, by itself, necessarily cause that website’s cookies to be placed on CME’s Sites. However, following an external link subjects your interaction with the destination website to that provider’s practices.

Cookie and Technology Inventory

The following are examples of first-party privacy-control cookies associated with CME’s Privacy & Consent Manager when that tool is deployed:

Cookie or TechnologyPurposeTypical Duration
cme_privacy_consentStores visitor cookie preferences and consent selectionsUp to 180 days under the default configuration
cme_privacy_sale_share_opt_outRemembers a browser-level sale/sharing opt-out choiceUp to 1 year

Additional cookies or similar technologies may be used by WordPress, website infrastructure, enabled third-party services, or other integrations. Their names, purposes, providers, and retention periods may vary depending on configuration and visitor interaction.

This table is not represented as a complete inventory of all cookies currently operating on the Sites. CME may update its cookie disclosures as additional technologies are verified, enabled, modified, or discontinued.

Third-party cookies and related technologies may also be governed by the privacy policies, cookie policies, and terms of the applicable provider.

CME does not control the independent data-processing practices of third parties outside the scope of the services they provide to CME. We encourage visitors to review the privacy information of third-party services they choose to access.

5. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

CME provides a Cookie Settings tool on supported Sites to help visitors review, select, and manage optional cookie preferences.

When the cookie consent notice is displayed, visitors may be offered three choices:

Accept All Cookies

Allows all available optional cookie categories through CME’s consent manager, subject to applicable privacy restrictions and opt-out rights.

Essential Cookies Only

Allows essential cookies and necessary functional technologies while declining optional features and integrations, analytics, performance measurement, and advertising categories controlled through CME’s consent manager.

Customize Preferences

Allows visitors to review the available optional categories and individually choose which categories to enable or disable before saving their preferences.

Essential Cookies and Necessary Functional Cookies remain active where permitted by applicable law because they support core Site operations.

Optional categories remain disabled by default in the consent manager unless an applicable preference is selected and saved.

Changing or Withdrawing Consent

You may revisit your cookie preferences through CME’s Cookie Settings tool, including the Cookies mascot or other privacy-preference links made available on the Sites.

You may change previously saved preferences, disable optional categories, or withdraw previously granted consent.

When you change your preferences, the updated settings are intended to govern subsequent activity by technologies controlled through the consent manager.

Please note that changing preferences may not automatically remove cookies already stored on your browser or reverse information previously transmitted to a third party. You may need to delete existing cookies through your browser or device settings.

Disabling optional technologies may affect the availability of certain interactive features or embedded content.

Your preferences are generally stored in the browser or device where they were selected. Depending on your settings, you may need to make separate choices when using another browser or device.

6. Browser and Device Controls

Most browsers allow you to manage cookies and certain tracking technologies through their settings.

Depending on your browser, you may be able to:

❖ Block some or all cookies;

❖ Delete cookies already stored on your device;

❖ Receive notifications when a website attempts to place a cookie;

❖ Limit certain forms of cross-site tracking; or

❖ Adjust privacy, storage, and tracking preferences.

For instructions on managing cookies, refer to the official support documentation for your browser:

Google Chrome

Apple Safari

Mozilla Firefox

Microsoft Edge

If you use another browser or device, refer to its official support or privacy documentation.

Please note that deleting cookies may also remove stored consent preferences or privacy choices. As a result, you may be asked to make your selections again when you return to the Sites.

Browser privacy settings may also affect the availability of certain website functions or externally hosted content.

7. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and the privacy laws that apply, you may have certain rights regarding personal information collected or processed through cookies and similar technologies.

These rights may include requesting access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about certain personal information, subject to applicable law and exceptions.

You may also have the right to limit or opt out of particular uses or disclosures of personal information, including activities involving targeted advertising, the sale or sharing of personal information, or similar processing.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Where applicable, visitors may use CME’s Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information control to express an opt-out preference concerning certain advertising-related sale or sharing activities.

This control is separate from the general cookie category preferences.

The current CME Privacy & Consent Manager stores an opt-out preference in the visitor’s browser and restricts advertising technologies directly managed by that plugin. Additional independent third-party technologies require separate integration or controls to ensure the opt-out is applied as appropriate.

Visitors may also use Essential Cookies Only or customize their cookie settings to decline optional advertising technologies.

Global Privacy Control

Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) is a browser-based privacy preference signal that may communicate a visitor’s choice to opt out of certain sales or sharing of personal information.

Where applicable law requires recognition of a qualifying opt-out preference signal, CME seeks to honor that signal in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.

CME’s consent manager recognizes supported GPC signals and restricts advertising technologies controlled directly through that manager. The operation of any independent third-party integrations must also be evaluated to ensure applicable signals are properly respected.

For additional information about how CME collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information, as well as the rights and choices that may be available to you, please review our Privacy Policy.

You may also contact CME using the information provided in Section 9 to ask questions about applicable privacy rights or request assistance.

8. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Sites, technologies, service providers, business practices, cookie-management tools, or legal requirements.

When we update this Cookie Policy, we will revise the Last Updated date at the top of this page.

Where required by applicable law, CME may provide additional notice regarding material changes or request renewed consent when a change affects previously provided choices.

We encourage you to review this Cookie Policy periodically to remain informed about how CME uses cookies and similar technologies.
